Every year, Supra releases a limited-edition model. This one, however, has more of a reason to be celebrated. For the 2024 model year, the sports car will have been in production for 45 years.

How special the GR Supra 45th Anniversary Edition is, then, depends on the relative importance you place on things like a unique paint job and a spoiler. Half of the total production run will be made in each of two colors, Absolute Zero (white) and Mikan Blast (orange, pictured). It has a black stripe down each side with a white Supra logo cut out of it, black wheels, black mirror caps, and a black rear wing.

The tail wing is an optional extra. The amount of downforce it generates can even be modified by adjusting its angle. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, it has a nice appearance. Orange strut tower braces can be found beneath the hood.

Only 900 45th Anniversary Edition Supras will be produced for the American market. It will be obtainable with either an automatic eight-speed transmission or a standard six-speed manual. As with other Supras, you get a free High Performance Driving Experience and discounts to other NASA events in addition to a free 12-month membership. The vehicles are expected to hit dealerships this fall, but no word yet on pricing. This information, along with the rest of the specifics for the 2024 model year, is forthcoming.
